Privacy, in plain English
The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don't sell it, and you stay in control. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, school, program), the searches and listings you save, and inquiries you send to hosts. If you list a place, we also store the listing details you provide.
How we use it
To run the product: matching you with housing near your rotation, letting hosts respond to your inquiries, and verifying that students and hosts are who they say they are. We don't sell your personal data. Ever.
What hosts see
When you send an inquiry, the host sees your name, your message, and the contact email you include. Hosts never see your password, saved searches, or other activity.
Verification data
Enrollment and identity checks are used only to issue verification badges. Documents used for verification are not shown to other users.
Your controls
You can update your profile and password from Account settings, and remove saved listings and searches at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
