Housing you can trust —
built for students.
Every host is verified. Every renter is a real medical student. And every review comes from someone who actually stayed there. We designed Rotation House from the ground up to protect you from scams and bad actors.
How we keep you safe
Verified hosts
Every host goes through ID and ownership checks before listing. The ✓ badge means we confirmed who they are — so you know exactly who you're renting from.
Verified by enrollment
Students confirm med, nursing, or PA enrollment with a .edu or program check, so hosts know they're matching with real rotators — not random short-term renters.
Reviews from real rotators
Only students who actually stayed can leave a review. No fake listings, no inflated ratings — just honest feedback from people on the same journey as you.
Reviews are reciprocal, but not symmetric. Student→host reviews are public and only come from real, completed stays. Host→renter feedback is private and structured — a handful of fixed questions like whether the guest communicated well or left the place clean — and it only helps other hosts decide who to accept. It's never shown to the student.
Anti-scam guidance
- Never wire money or pay off-platform before verifying the listing and host identity.
- Look for the ✓ Verified badge on host profiles and listings.
- Read rotator reviews — real experiences from students who've been there.
- Report anything suspicious immediately and we'll investigate.
Why we never touch your rent: you and your host arrange payment directly — no platform markup, no held funds. Our job is making sure everyone is exactly who they say they are before any money moves, and giving you the checklist above so nothing feels like a leap of faith.
